The nurses will live in a building attached to the Civil Hospital and be supervised by the Matron of that Hoy, ital, They vill be employed as "Private Nurses" rith the condition that after three years wholly satisfactory service they shall be offered the first vacancy that may occur in the hospital nursing staff of the Colony, While the "Private Nurses" are always to be available for private nursing when required, the Government ray on let them in the hospitels of the Colony when they are not otherwise engacad.

The nurses will be offered the sere toyma as are given to the Government muurses at the Hong Kong Government Civil Hospital which are as followsim

Baly £10 a year rising after three years of service to

£130 a year.
